Every project is different - a nursery in London will probably take a little longer than a hotel kids' club in Greece. What we can promise is that we'll give you a realistic timeline before we start, and we'll stick to it.

Before a single wall gets touched, we cost and budget for everything - from the concept and technical drawings to the sculptural play frames and bins under the reception desk. There’ll be no nasty surprises halfway through.

Not at all, most of our clients come to us knowing their space isn't working, and that’s all we need. Our first consultation call is where we’ll ask a lot of questions, get properly nosy about your space, and figure out what the possibilities are. The playful ideas are our job!

The earlier the better! If you’re rebuilding or building a completely new space, we can influence seemingly small details like ceiling heights or where the sockets go, which creates even more possibilities for your space.  But we're just as comfortable transforming an existing space, too. Either way, we'll crawl around every corner before we put pen to paper.

Yes, we have a little black book full of reliable and trusty tradespeople and other creators we call on during our design projects. You won’t need to source any other contractors to finish the job; we’ll have it all covered.

Mostly, your time and your trust. We'll want to visit the space, meet the people who run it, understand who uses it and what you need it to do for your business. The more you can tell us about your users, your brand and your wishlist, the better - and remember, nothing is too small, too ambitious or too strange to mention!
